I placed my order Tuesday with 2 day shipping. On Thursday afternoon, I hadn't gotten my package and I called Lefty's within their PST hours and got no answer. I got a call on Friday from Lefty's telling me the tracking number (I hadn't seen the email). My package didn't have a suite number assigned to it so FedEx deemed it undeliverable. I called FedEx and they told me that using my business name and the correct address wasn't enough, they had to have a suite number. This needs to be a required field at Lefty's checkout for commercial delivery addresses. I paid extra $$ for fast shipping and didn't get my package until Monday. I missed my event on Saturday and I ended up having to mail it to the friend later. So annoying! FedEx is too stupid to match an address to a business. I told the woman that the Suite number at my work is four inches high but our business name is four feet high, why couldn't they deliver the box???
