The founder of this small Pennsylvania coWe fell in love with these gorgeous blackened tools. The founder of this small Pennsylvania company was inspired by the American Arts and Craft tradition of woodworking, tile-making, and decorative arts in the region, as well as turn of the century architecture. Beginning his career as a furniture-maker, he has been exploring and refining hardwood cooking tools since the late 1970's.
What Makes This Product Left-Handed?

  • The ends are angled to the right, providing a much larger surface for scraping or stirring the food being prepared when held in the left hand.
  • More ergonomic than non-angled tools because they can be used at a lower angle.
